I’m Farzin KP, a freelance digital marketer in Kannur. I recently finished my BA in English, and right now I’m training in Digital Marketing at Techoriz Digital Academy, picking up skills in social media marketing, content strategy, branding, and online growth. I like helping brands figure out how to actually show up online and connect with people, not just post for the sake of posting.

It’s a bit of an unusual path, English into marketing, but honestly it makes more sense than people expect. A lot of digital marketing comes down to words — what you say, how you say it, whether it sounds like a real business or like every other business trying to sell the same thing. That’s the part I care about most.

My focus right now is building marketing strategies that bring in real customers and help brands earn trust over time, not just chase quick wins that fade in a month. I think every brand has a story worth telling, and most of the time my job is just helping figure out what that story actually is, then getting it in front of the right people.

How I Work

As a freelance digital marketer in Kannur, I don’t run the same playbook for every client. Each business has its own goals, its own customers, its own voice, so before I touch anything — ads, posts, a website, whatever it is — I spend time actually understanding what makes that business different. Sometimes that’s obvious. Sometimes it takes a few conversations to find.

A project that says a lot about how I work is Cafe Metanoa, a café in Pappinisseri, Kannur. Instead of putting together a generic template site, I built something fully animated — custom dish photography I shot and edited myself, smooth visual touches, a layout meant to make you feel the café’s atmosphere before you’ve even walked through the door. It took a lot of trial and error to get right, more than I expected going in, but that’s usually how the good projects go. It taught me that people don’t just want a website that works, they want one that feels like the place it’s representing.
